Apcoflex Acoustic duct liner is a highly efficient flexible material composed of open cell facing structure of cross-linked polyolefin foam structure. It is easy to install and available as sheets & roll form in a wide range of sizes. It is an environmentally friendly product acquiring the characteristics of being free form duct, asbestos, formaldehyde, VOC, CFC & HCFC with zero ozone depletion (ODP) value & GWP<5
Apcoflex is light weight, flexible & has excellent property of acoustic insulation. It has high erosion resistance, does not break away, flake off or show evidence of delamination at velocities of 10,000 FPM, highly resistant and durable to heat (up to 120°C), resistance to adverse weather conditions and for most of the chemicals
It is developed to use in residential, commercial and industrial construction as a thermal and acoustical insulation for HVAC duct liner. It is also used as an effective noise absorption material of wall, ceilings, acoustic enclosures, generators rooms, acoustic vibration dampers.
