APCOFLEX XLPE Thermal Insulation Foam

APCOFLEX XLPE is chemically crosslinked Polyolefin foam having extremely fine closed cells structure. It is quick and easy to install and available as sheets, rolls & pipes/tubes in a wide range of sizes. It is an environment friendly product acquiring the characteristics of being free from Dust, Asbestos, formaldehyde, VOC, CFC and HCFC with an Ozone Depletion potential (ODP)of zero & Global Warming Potential (GWP)<5.

APCOFLEX is light weight, Flexible and has an excellent property of isolation (Thermal & Acoustic), as polyolefin is being used as the base material. It is highly resistance and durable to heat (up to 120°C), adverse weather condition and for most of the chemicals. It has an easy handling characteristic (packing, storage, transportation, cutting and incorrigible).

All APCOFLEX products for Duct or Pipe insulation are manufactured from layers to obtain the required designed thickness. Layers are laminated (bonded) together using heat laminated method which is easy bonded with different thicknesses or multi layers together and make them as one part. Adhesive is never used for bonding in any layer. At any circumstances segregation of layers is impossible as all layers are bonded by heat, it doesn’t contain PVC and hence burnt gases doesn’t contain HCN or HCL.
